These terms describe access to the public Getcombra website and partner conversation request process. They do not replace a signed customer agreement, data processing agreement, order form, or statement of work.

If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls for the agreed engagement or paid service.

Getcombra is presented as a managed AI compliance operations service for toy exporters and consumer product suppliers. Public pages, demos, and visual assets may describe current or planned workflows, including evidence intake, evidence gap checks, reviewable compliance documentation, human approval, revision loops, and audit trails.

Website descriptions may change as the product, operational model, and customer requirements develop.

Submitting a partner conversation request does not create an obligation for Getcombra to provide services, and it does not create an obligation for the requester to buy a service. Getcombra may accept, decline, or prioritize requests at its discretion.

Customer work should start only after scope, sources, security requirements, data handling, commercial terms, and approval responsibilities are agreed.

You may use the website for lawful informational and partner-request purposes. You must not attack, overload, scrape abusively, interfere with, reverse engineer protected parts of, or misuse the website or API.

You must not submit unlawful content, secrets, credentials, third-party personal data without authorization, or confidential customer data through the public request form.

Website content, visual examples, and generated demo examples are informational. They are not legal, compliance, safety, financial, or professional advice.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing source evidence, involving qualified experts where required, approving outputs, and deciding whether a product can be manufactured, imported, listed, sold, shipped, or released.

The Getcombra website, copy, visuals, product concepts, brand assets, demos, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to view the website and evaluate a partner conversation request.

Customer-provided materials remain subject to the customer agreement that governs the engagement.

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. Getcombra does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the public website.

Liability limitations for paid services should be defined in the corresponding written agreement.

Getcombra may update these terms as the product, launch process, or legal setup changes. The date at the top indicates the latest update.
