FOR IMPORTERS / TOY COMPLIANCE

The supplier sent the files.
Can you release the toy?

A folder of test reports is only the beginning. Getcombra double-checks the product data, report provenance, labels, packaging and applicable requirements, then prepares review-ready documents or a precise gap report for each SKU.

IMPORTER REVIEW

What does the evidence actually support?

Illustrative review path · not an actual product decision

THE IMPORTER PAIN

Files received is not evidence approved.

The importer has to decide whether the supplied material describes the product being placed on the market. That work is often scattered across suppliers, inboxes and versions.

01 / THE DOUBLE-CHECK

The questions your team would ask, checked in one case.

Getcombra brings the supplier evidence together and records the answer to each question with its source. Unresolved findings remain visible instead of being buried in a final PDF.

01

Does it describe this exact toy?

We compare the BOM, model and variant identifiers, product specification, test reports and artwork. A report for a similar product is not treated as a match.

02

Can the report be trusted?

Lab details, dates, scope and report versions are checked. Portal, QR and hash checks support provenance verification when the source provides them.

03

What does the market require?

The actual SKU, destination and legal role determine the applicable provisions. We connect each relevant requirement to the evidence that supports it or exposes a gap.

04

Do the market-facing files agree?

Labels, CE marking where applicable, warnings and packaging are checked against the product and documents before the case is put forward for review.

Provenance checks are supporting signals; they do not replace testing, laboratory confirmation or the responsible party’s final decision.

02 / THE RESULT

A document pack if the evidence holds. A gap report if it does not.

The output follows the evidence and the importer’s legal role in the destination market.

01 / EVIDENCE SUFFICIENT

Ready for responsible review.

Depending on the product and market, the case prepares a risk assessment, product specification, declaration materials and a packaging check for the EU, or validated report details and CPC materials for the US.

Documents stay linked to the reports and product data behind them.
02 / EVIDENCE INCOMPLETE

A precise route to resolution.

The gap report shows what is missing or contradictory, which requirement or source raised the issue, and what the supplier or importer needs to provide or decide next.

Material open gaps are never presented as a completed case.
ALWAYS TRACEABLE

The review record shows applicable sources, evidence checked and findings. The audit log captures reviewers, decisions, timestamps and document versions.

03 / YOUR DECISION, SUPPORTED

Your team sees the basis for release.

Suppliers provide the raw evidence. Getcombra checks it, prepares the applicable materials and records the review. The legally responsible party approves, signs or issues the final document where required. The exact responsibility depends on the market, product and role.
